Are you frustrated with trying to solve today’s environmental problems using tools that are 35 years old?  Have you noticed that the tools you’re limited to seem to cause as many problems as they solve?  Do you find that the multi-dimensional environmental problems you face can’t be addressed by the regulatory tools at your disposal?

You’re not alone.

But some people have broken through and solved such problems and contributed to sustaining healthy ecosystems.  Come see how.  We’ll discuss how the issue of too-limited problem solving arose, how people have worked around the limitations, and what we might do in the future to make it easier to produce holistic, sustainable solutions to our environmental problems.  We will also work out how MSWG can work to make this happen.

Developed in collaboration with the Climate Change, Sustainable Development, and Ecosystems Committee of the American Bar Association's Section on Environment, Energy, and Resources.
